E28: Aussie Assault on the Hammers |
 Nick Finch and Mal Van Ysseldyk have been a force to be reckoned with since teaming up for Tuff Truck in 2007. They won the comp that year in Mal's Bushrangie and have gone on to be the perenial runner up every year since.Looking to expand their motorsport horizons, Ultra 4 Racing and the King of the Hammers event in the USA beckoned. Nick started to put the feelers out for a second hand rig in the US and before long Cal Goodman from Cal Offroad hooked Nick up with one of his American mates, Randy from Jimmy's 4x4. Keen to get a new car into the Australian market, Randy asked Nick to put together a spec sheet of what he was after. Soon the ideas were bouncing to and fro across the Pacific and the project was born. |

 Its been a long time since I have been to Malaysia. 2001 was the last time when I won the internationally renowned challenge with arguably the best co-driver to grace our sport, Steve “Huddy” Hudson.
It was one of the best experiences of my life so when I received word that Aussies Dave Cameron and Pete Mihailoff were heading over and needed a support crew / media representative it was an easy decision to jump on board. span> |

E28: John Maragozidis’s 850 |
 John Maragozidis’ passion for racing has seen two decades of competition. Firstly as a Drag Racer with a Slingshot Dragster, then in 1997 he switched to racing quads. Initially with the SAPMAC club and then Quad Riders Association of SA of which he was a founding member in 2001. Through out his time with the SA club John has been a very active member serving on the executive committee for 4 years and co-ordinating the state motocross events until 2005 when he started concentrating on more off road enduro events. |

Condobolin is famous for two things; singing sensation Shannon Noll, and the Condo750 Cross Country Rally. This unique event has seen a number of Condobolin locals shine over the years with star performances both at home and in bigger rallies such as the Wynn’s Safari. One of Condo’s star performers is Jason Pearce, and armed with “Black Betty” he’s really beginning to shine.
A long time admirer of the late Peter Brock, Pearce started his motorsport career at eighteen racing open wheel speedway in 250cc Midgets.31 entrants including Mihailoff, Parker, Scanlon, Cameron and co. converged on Broken Hill to pit their skills and machinery against the colourful outback terrain.
